💰 Cost and Contracts
None at all. VendIQ provides the machine, handles installation, and covers all ongoing maintenance at zero cost to you. There are no setup fees, no monthly charges, and nothing hidden. We generate revenue when people use the machine, so we are motivated to keep it stocked and working well.
We do use a service agreement that protects both parties and outlines expectations for the placement. We believe in fair, transparent terms and we do not believe in locking people into arrangements that are not working. If something is not right, we would rather work it out together.
🤖 How the Machine Works
Several things set our machines apart. First, they are fully cashless — you pay by tap, swipe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and your entire order is completed in one clean transaction. No fumbling for cash, no exact change, and no waiting. Second, our machines use a smart dispensing system that eliminates the coil and spiral mechanism found in traditional vending machines. That means no more items getting stuck, no more shaking the machine, and no more losing money on a product that never drops. What you select is what you get, every time. On top of that, our AI-powered inventory tracking and modern touchscreen make the whole experience noticeably better than anything you have likely seen in a standard vending setup.
Our machines accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. They are fully cashless and contactless, which makes the buying experience fast and convenient for everyone.
We stock a curated selection of premium snacks and drinks, focusing on quality over the standard vending fare. We also work with you during the site assessment to understand what your employees, residents, or visitors tend to want so we can tailor the selection to your specific location.
Our machines require a standard electrical outlet and a modest footprint of floor or wall space in a common area. We assess the exact dimensions and placement options during the site visit so there are no surprises on installation day.
📦 Restocking and Maintenance
We monitor your machine remotely using real-time inventory data. When items run low or run out, we are notified automatically and schedule a restock visit. You do not need to call us or track anything yourself.
If an item runs out, we work to get it restocked as quickly as possible. You can also reach out to us directly by call, text, or email and we will prioritize getting to your location. We take restocking seriously because an empty machine does not work for anyone.
Call, text, or email us and a real local owner will respond. We troubleshoot issues directly when we can, and when a repair requires a technician, we coordinate that on our end. Either way, it is our responsibility to handle, not yours. We aim to address issues quickly and keep downtime to a minimum.
We are. The machine belongs to VendIQ. We are fully responsible for its maintenance, restocking, and any repairs needed. Your location simply provides the space and the outlet.
📍 Who Qualifies and Service Area
We work with a wide range of spaces including office buildings, break rooms, gyms and fitness centers, apartment communities, medical and healthcare facilities, retirement communities, warehouses, and industrial sites. If your location has consistent foot traffic and a suitable space for placement, we would love to hear from you.
We do not have a hard minimum, but we look for locations with enough consistent daily usage to make the placement worthwhile for both sides. We assess this during the qualification process and will be upfront with you if we do not think a location is the right fit at this time.
We currently serve Fort Worth and surrounding areas including Mansfield, Arlington, Grand Prairie, North Richland Hills, Burleson, Crowley, Kennedale, and other nearby Tarrant County communities. If you are unsure whether your location falls within our service area, reach out and we will let you know.
🚀 Getting Started
Fill out the request form on our Request a Machine page. We will review your submission and follow up within one business day to learn more about your space and discuss next steps. If it looks like a good fit, we will schedule a quick site visit at no obligation to you.
Installation is typically completed within two weeks of finalizing the placement agreement. The process is straightforward and causes minimal disruption to your space, staff, or residents.
Very little. We need access to a standard electrical outlet and a designated spot in a common area. We handle everything else including the machine, the products, delivery, setup, and ongoing service.
We will always let you know honestly and respectfully. Not every location is the right match for our machines right now, and that is okay. We would rather be upfront than waste your time or ours. You are welcome to reach back out in the future if your situation changes.
